2.2. Return Authorization: Once your request is processed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please include the RA number with your return package.

2.3. Return Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit. Ensure that the RA number is clearly visible on the return package.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

4. Refund Processing

4.2. Refund Amount: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to an error on our part.
