3. Return and Exchange Process

3.2. Return Authorization: Once we process your request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please include the RA number in your return package.
3.3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure that the RA number is visible on the package.
4. Shipping and Costs
4.1. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). For exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds and Exchanges Processing
5.1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5.2. Refunds: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
